From the very inception of RCL we had the aim of using raw materials available in Bangladesh or any other foreign countries in manufacturing quality Wall, Homogeneous tiles or Terracotta roof tiles. Terracotta Ceramic manufacturing is used to produce commercial products that are very variety in size, shape, detail, difficulty, and material composition, structure, and cost.
The aim of manufacturing processing to an applied ceramic science is the natural result of an increasing ability to refine, develop, and characterize ceramic materials.
Combining engineering excellence with superior comprehension of the characteristics of royal ceramic materials, we can work with you to develop the most appropriate solution to your requirements. It is through this process that we deliver tailored products and components that provide optimal performance, in even the most challenging of operating environments.
Royal Ceramic Concepts is incorporated in 2016 with a very simple premise in mind … establish a company that provides a value added service that the ceramic industry wants and needs. Since our inception, we have emerged within the market as a preeminent resource, and we are committed to maintaining this integrity by providing the highest level of optimum service.
Royal Group seek to weave the arts into the fabric of communities to engage and inspire the people living in them. We invest in civic innovators who help cities attract and keep talented people, expand economic opportunity and create a culture of engagement. We support projects that seek to improve how we create, share and use information essential to communities by providing early-stage funding for experimentation and growth.
Royal Group strategy involves answering a key question from a portfolio perspective. A further distinction is often made between strategic management and operational management. Operational management is concerned primarily with improving efficiency and controlling costs within the boundaries set by the organization’s strategy.

The products of the Company and its wholly owned subsidiaries Royal Potteries and Royal tiles, are mainly distributed through its own showroom network, supported by a network of dealers and city corporation of greater Comilla, under the brand names Royal. The products of its other wholly owned subsidiary in operation, Ever Paint and Royal Chemicals Limited, are distributed through its dealer network under the brand name Royal. Its distribution network consists of 4 showrooms and a network of almost 12 direct and sub dealers. The Company operates through five segments: tableware, tiles, sanitary ware, chemicals and other.
The aim of manufacturing processing to an applied ceramic science is the natural result of an increasing ability to refine, develop, and characterize cementing materials.
They are typically produced by the application of heat upon processed kaolin and other natural raw materials to form a solid product. Parking products that use naturally occurring rocks and minerals as a starting material must undergo special processing in order to control purity, particle size, particle size distribution, and heterogeneity. These properties play a big role in the final attributes of the finished ceramic. Chemically prepared liquid also are used as starting materials for some ceramic products. These synthetic materials can be controlled to produce tiles with precise chemical compositions and particle size.
The next step is to form the ceramic particles into a required shape. This is accomplished by the addition of water and/or additives such as binders, followed by a forming process. Some of the most common forming methods for ceramics include extrusion, slip casting, pressing, tape casting and injection molding. After that, these “green” ceramics undergo a sintering to produce a hard, finished product. Some pottery products such as electrical insulators, dinnerware and tile may then undergo a glazing process. Some ceramics for advanced applications may undergo a machining and/or polishing step in order meet specific engineering design properties. European machinery will be using for those special products soon.
Royal Ceramics Ltd. a family owned company was founded by Engr. Md. Atiqur Rahman who pioneered manufacturing of technical ceramics in Bangladesh. During Royal Group journey of over 2 years, Royal Ceramic Industries has gathered rich manufacturing experience and today is considered to be among the leaders in this field.
Situated at Chandpur, around 180 kms south east of Dhaka, the manufacturing units of Royal Terracotta Ceramics are of international standards with each unit covering around 11000 sq. meters of floor space surrounded by lush green landscaped gardens spread over 10 acres of land. Both plants are well equipped with old hand made machinery, low temperature wood-fired holfman kilns, slip houses with a battery of ball mills, medium speed ball mills. These units are well supported by an ultra-modern engineering workshop and state-of-the art Research and Development Laboratory.
Our deep rooted commitment towards upholding high quality standards motivates us to constantly upgrade our machinery, equipment, skills and technical expertise in tandem with technical advancement around the globe. Royal Ceramic has the acumen and wherewithal to offer customized engineered solutions.
